Refund Policy

You can cancel your membership subscription renewal at any time via your Billing Page. You will continue to receive service until the end of the current billing cycle, during which you may choose to reactivate your membership. If you do not renew, your membership will then expire and you will lose access to any benefits received form your previous membership plan.
You may wish to upgrade or downgrade to a different paid plan instead of cancelling. This can be done at any time via your Billing Page. When upgrading you will be charged pro rata for the new plan and when downgrading plans you will receive a credit for the unused portion, applicable to your next renewal.
If you reside in the E.U. or Turkey, you are legally entitled to a refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase. To request a refund please contact support@pomsky.org.uk. If you request a refund after the 14-day period or are located outside the E.U, we cannot process a refund.
